In the first year of the Health Assistant (HA) program, students study basic sciences, while in the second and third years, they focus on health science subjects. During the third year, students are required to work in hospitals for a four-month clinical internship and spend an additional two months working in designated primary health care centers and within the community. This is referred to as community-based clinical internship.<\/p>

Students must prepare a detailed report of the work they have carried out and present it to the campus for evaluation.<\/p>

Minimum Eligibility<\/strong><\/td>For students under the old grading system (prior to GPA):<\/strong> Must have passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution with compulsory subjects: Mathematics, Science, and English.
For students under the new letter grading system:<\/strong> Must have appeared in SEE or equivalent examination with compulsory English, Mathematics, and Science subjects from a recognized institution and must have obtained a minimum GPA of 2.0 out of 4.0<\/strong> overall.
Alternatively, must have passed a Technical SLC\/Pre-Diploma level<\/strong> from CTEVT with a minimum 68.33%<\/strong> marks in aggregate.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
