In the first year of the Health Assistant (HA) program, students study basic sciences, while in the second and third years, they focus on health science subjects. During the third year, students are required to work in hospitals for a four-month clinical internship and spend an additional two months working in designated primary health care centers and within the community. This is referred to as community-based clinical internship.
Students must prepare a detailed report of the work they have carried out and present it to the campus for evaluation.
